At Sloomoo Institute, we want you to love your gear as much as your slime, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original, unwashed condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the journey back to our institute.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
